We understand that although having a substantial number of staff with profound front-ofhouse or kitchen expertise might not always be feasible during project planning, our objective is to enhance the overall hospitality experience through this initiative.
Spago employs a dedicated team of 890 permanent staff members and 1,500 casual employees. All personnel undergo rigorous training to uphold the highest standards of service. This strategic combination of permanent and casual staff enables Spago to maintain a dynamic and adaptable workforce, consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences at all our events.

We initiate our training program as early as 6 months before the project, encompassing everyone involved, including volunteers, support staff, reception staff, and back-office personnel.
