As the Spago Group of companies operates on an international scale, our staff members are trained to be versatile and capable of handling various tasks. This training commences right from their graduation at our culinary college. Our very own culinary college, St. Antony’s College, situated in Peruvanthanam (Idukki district), India, is a self-financing institution affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, since its inception in 2013. This college offers a range of Undergraduate Courses, including Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, and Culinary Sciences. Each year, more than 500 students graduate from our culinary college and subsequently join Spago for internships, providing them with a valuable head start in their careers.
