Logistics : Spago's Culinary Marvel

Spago orchestrated a logistical marvel at MDL Beast Soundstorm 2023, mobilizing six fully kitted out flying kitchens to support operations in the North and South tents. With a team of 200 staff members and 10 support catering vehicles, Spago ensured seamless meal service, providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner within the tents, as well as overnight meals to the security team. Spago we also responsible for the VIP terrace bar areas serving a variety of elevated mocktails served by our professional flaring bar men including a wide variety of vip snack and evelated food stations to over 15’000 guests. This intricate operation demonstrated Spago's commitment to culinary excellence and ensured that every attendee and staff member experienced top-tier gastronomic satisfaction throughout the event.
