Logistics

Spago efficiently managed logistics at the F1 site with 200 staff, 6 chiller vehicles, and 2 satellite kitchens. This involved:

  • Deploying 200 staff members for various roles.

  • Utilizing 6 chiller vehicles to maintain food freshness.

  • Operating from 2 satellite kitchens to decentralize food preparation.

  • Coordination ensured smooth operations, from staff deployment to food distribution, enhancing the dining experience for F1 attendees

Service

  • VIP – 100 – 200 people daily on race days (3 Days)

  • Porsche and F2 – 3000 – 3500 Meals daily [Marshalls, Teams, Police, CAM Security, Promoters (6 days)

  • Crew – 100 – 350 Daily (100days)

Result

The success we Spago achieved at the F1 with was incredible. The feedback on the food quality and service from all client groups has been overwhelmingly positive. The success of the event over Spago’s performance has sparked discussions about participating in other projects in the future with other entities who attended the F1.
