FIFA Qatar World Cup 2022

The FIFA World Cup, often simply called the World Cup, is an international association football competition contested by the senior men’s national teams of the members of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, the sport’s global governing body. Spago international was invited by Supreme committee of Qatar to participate in the worlds largest sporting event for the 1st time in the Middle East.

Logistics

Using 32 chiller trucks and a strong logistical team we managed to delver more than 80 000 meals a day to 10 different locations scattered around Qatar. From FIFA fan Festival to the corniche activation. Hospitality lounges and parks for music festivals. Logistcal team managed well with shift timings, RSP bookings for Screenings and all logistical issues with traffic and blockages.

Service

Using more than 1500 staff from the BOH kitchen team to the FOH serving and clearing staff setting up and managing all the elements of the event delivery from high end hospitality to the Chief of Police and his SSOC team to catering the masses through more than 25 separate stations at any one time
