Spago, the chosen caterer for Dakar 2024 in Saudi Arabia, has deployed over 300 qualified staff across 13 locations. Complementing their service were 40 catering trucks that offered essential support. These trucks, combined with the 16 fully equipped flying kitchens split into 4 roaming locations across the country, ensured that the setup was done in advance as the race commenced to the next stages. This ensured seamless operations and exceptional culinary experiences for VIPs, VVIPs, crew, and participants throughout the event.
